Yes. Realtors can create an account and list properties completely free. There are no listing fees or hidden charges.
How do I list a property?
Register as a realtor, then choose “List a property” from your dashboard. Fill in the details, add photos and submit. Our team reviews each listing before it goes live.
How do agents earn commissions?
Agents get a unique referral link and QR code for each property they promote. When someone arrives through your link and completes a transaction, you earn 70% of the agency fee.
How do I become an agent?
Choose “Become an agent”, complete the short registration form and you can start promoting listings from your agent dashboard straight away. Registration is free.
How are properties verified?
Our team manually reviews each listing to check accuracy and authenticity before it is published. Approval is not a guarantee, so always inspect the property and verify documents before paying.
Can I be both a realtor and an agent?
Yes, but the accounts must be separate. You can list your own properties as a realtor and promote other listings as an agent to earn additional commission.
What areas do you cover?
We cover all 36 states in Nigeria including the FCT.
Is it free to search properties?
Yes. Browsing and searching for properties is completely free for everyone.
How are commissions paid?
Commissions are calculated when a transaction is completed and added to your balance. You can request a withdrawal to your bank account from your dashboard.
